ISO, Technical & Social Management System Advisory Services (Non-Sales Role)
Job Purpose

This Role is responsible for Turnkey Project Planning, Facility Gap Assessments, Standard Implementation, Achieve Statutory Compliance Obligations, Management System Documentation Preparation, Training & Capacity Building, Performance Measurement & Monitoring and Successful Audit Execution at the Client?s Industrial Facilities against various ISO, Social and Technical Management System Requirements. This Role also entails Generation & Timely Submission of Finalized Contract Proposals to Clients, Payment Follow Ups, Audit Coordination with Clients & Certification Bodies and Timely Closure of Non-Conformance Reports by Redressal of Root Causes & Timely Execution of Corrective Actions.

Key Responsibilities, Duties & Tasks
  1. Gap Assessments: Conducting Gap Assessments at the Client?s Facility against the Compliance Requirements or International Standard Obligations covering the Legal, Infrastructural, Process and other Protocol Related Compliances; Making Presentations of Gap Assessment Reports to Clients; and Liaison with Clients for Contract Finalization.
  2. Project Planning: Analyze Client Compliance Related Requirements; Design Compliance Related Policies and Procedures; Review Social & Technical Impact Assessments for all New Projects to ensure the Client meet all the Compliance Requirements of the International Standards; and Plan and Perform Sustainability Compliance Assessments.
  3. Support Project Implementation Team: Support Project Implementation and Compliance Maintenance Team for various Technical & Social Management Systems at Client?s Premise; Compliance Related Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) Fill Up on behalf of Clients; Support Compliance Related Documentation Preparation; Oversee Regulatory Compliance; Monitor Annual Maintenance Contracts Service Provision by Project Implementation Team at the Client?s Facility on an On-Going Basis.
  4. Project Monitoring: Project Monitoring through Periodic Workplace Inspections & Internal Audits as may be agreed with the Client Representatives; Facilitate Execution of Management Reviews with the Facility?s Senior Management for System Upgradation and Continual Improvement; Review Technical and Social Due Diligence for all of the Client?s Operating Units to ensure that Client?s Businesses meet International Standards? Requirements; and Facilitate Timely Execution of Corrective Actions in accordance with the Root Cause Analysis.
  5. Liaison With Client Personnel: Liaison and Communication with the Client Representatives in terms of any Non-Compliances observed, and Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams at the Client?s Facility and perform Project Implementation & Monitoring Activities; Liaison with Vendors for the execution of Compliance related Requirements at the Client?s Facility.
  6. Non-Conformance Closures from External & Internal Audits: Facilitate Closure of Non-Compliances addressed in the First, Second and Third Party Audits at Clients Facilities by Redressal of Root Causes & Timely Execution of Corrective Actions; Submit the Non Conformance Corrective Action Closure Reports to the Certification & Auditing Bodies; Review Technical and Social Due Diligence for all the Client?s Operating Units to ensure that Client?s Businesses meets the Standards? Compliance Requirements.
  7. Invoicing & Payments: Generation & Timely Submission of Finalized Contract Proposals to Clients through Internal Software Application; Liaising with Clients for Invoicing & Payment Follow Ups; Payment Updation in the Invoicing Software; Certifications/Audit/Invoicing/Payments Related Client Correspondence; Interacting with Customers for Understanding Reasons for Late Payment and Resolving Customer Billing Disputes.

  1. Bachelor or Equivalent Degree in Science, Engineering, Commerce, Statistics, Business Administration or any related field.
  2. Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 Certifications.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel and Google Docs.
  4. Good Communication Skills in English, Hindi & Bengali.
  5. Free to Travel and work at Client?s Industrial Sites Domestically and Internationally.
